    General Questions

    If you need a pump for domestic use in your house and your borewell is 230 feet, then you should buy 1hp or 1.5hp submersible pump. Generally, 1hp submersible pump is good for 100-300 feet, after that 1.5hp submersible is suitable for 200-400 feet, and if you need more than that then 2hp is fine for 400-600 feet, for domestic use.

    IF YOU HAVE 1-2 ACRES AND YOUR BOREWELL HAS 400 FEET WATER AVAILABLE, THEN I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO INSTALL 3HP -5HP SUBMERSIBLE. 3HP -5HP SUBMERSIBLE IS GOOD TO BUY AND YOU GET ENOUGH WATER THROUGH IT.

    See, a self-priming pump is good for the water that comes in the supply pipe. But if the pressure in the pipe is very low, you can also install a DMS pump in this situation. The DMS pump is a little more expensive than the self-priming pump, but it is perfect for the supply pipe.

    IF YOUR APARTMENT HAS 16 FLOOR AND YOUR BOREWELL IS 800 FEET THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO INSTALL AT LEAST V6 SUBMERSIBLE FOR YOU. THAT TOO SHOULD HAVE 7.5HP OR MORE HP THAN THIS
